The goal of this 50-day or 6-week nutrition & fitness challenge is to improve one’s overall body composition + nutrient partitioning & insulin sensitivity + workout performance + quality of sleep + sense of well-being [physical/mental] + wellness habits and more! We will kick things off with a baseline workout and InBody composition test with Body Knowledge.
The experienced and knowledgeable team at CrossFit Eden Prairie & CrossFit Prior Lake have compiled an extensive list of guidelines, based on combined year’s of experience, that will aid each participant in their success. This program is a great option for anyone with all fitness & health goals in mind.
We will review the specific details at the “kick-off seminar” on Saturday, 1/12 but know that the general rules to maximize results are the following.
Whole Food | Limit Carbs | 7-8 hours of sleep | Intense Exercise 3-5 days/week
Alcohol | Added Sugar | Overly Processed Foods | Over-Exercise
*You will be allotted two glasses [5 oz] of wine or spirit [1 oz.] 1 day/wk and one cheat MEAL per week.
